Western Australia’s fresh seafood will be showcased during Rottnest Island’s new summer event, Seafood Saturday.
Held on Saturday November 24, 2018, Seafood Saturday includes a mix of ticketed events and free activities, along with an array of seafood on the menu of island businesses.
The event includes catch and cook crayfish boat tours, fishing clinics, a seafood degustation dinner, a seafood beach barbecue, unique sunset tours, long table dinners, a beach bonfire and a live cooking station.
Seafood Saturday runs from 10am to 8pm, with late ferries scheduled for the evening. Promotional ferry fares are also on offer, starting from $30 with SeaLink.

As stated by Tourism Minister Paul Papalia:

“Following the success of last season’s new and varied offerings, Seafood Saturday is creating an opportunity for visitors to experience the island like never before.
