Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in West Busselton on Saturday, 10 July 2021.
About 6.55pm, a white Toyota Landcruiser and a black mobility scooter (Gopher) collided on Bussell Highway at the intersection of Queen Elizabeth Avenue.
The 61-year-old man using the mobility scooter received critical injuries and was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital and on Tuesday, 13 July 2021 died from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
The driver of the Landcruiser, a 43-year-old woman was not injured in the crash.
