Western Australian real estate professionals recognised at National Awards for Excellence

The winners of the 2021 Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) National Awards for Excellence were announced last night, with Western Australia taking out three of theevening's awards.

REIA President Adrian Kelly said WA won three awards, including the coveted Residential Property Manager of the Year Award, which went toKathryn Massey of Michael Johnston and Co.

The Operational Leadership Award was giventoMichelle Grigg of Rentwestwhile the Marketing and Communications award was scooped up bydethridgeGROVES,"hesaid.

WA featured representatives in 10 of the 20 categories.

MrKelly said that from the 83 finalists this year, there was an increase in female candidates in the different categories from previous years, with an impressive eight of the 11 individual awards being won by women.

The REIA National Awards for Excellence cover all aspects of the real estate sector, including residential and commercial agencies, residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial property management, business brokers, buyers agents, community service, innovation and communications.
