Department of Health guidelines require you to quarantine at home for 7 days.
People you live with or have spent more than four hours with at home must also quarantine for 7 days.
Tell friends and family you have spent time with recently, your employer and the school or day care centre your child attends that you have tested positive for COVID-19.
Explain you have spent time together and they should get tested.

Monitor your symptoms
If you are:
- feeling a little unwell but generally okay (able to walk around the house and do normal activities) rest, drink lots of water, eat healthily and keep taking your usual medications.
