Police are investigating after a wounding incident at Bracken Ridge last night.
Around 8.50pm a 17-year-old male sustained puncture wounds to his chest area at parklands off Telegraph Road.
He was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and is in a stable condition.
Detectives are waiting to formally speak to the boy as he is receiving treatment, however investigations are continuing.
Anyone who has any information to offer police or may have dashcam or vision in the area around the time that could assist investigations is asked to come forward.
