AA Australia has just announced that Western Australia has been chosen to host the upcoming YPAA Conference to be held from 21 to 23 November 2025.
The Australian coordinator of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous, Edward H, said that "Western Australia YPAA's enthusiasm for recovery and service shone through in their successful bid".

About AUSYPAA
Australia Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous (AUSYPAA) is a collection of YPAA's around Australia. AUSYPAA exists to bring experience, strength, hope and the message of recovery to all those who still suffer from alcoholism and to encourage unity and fellowship for all young people in recovery across Australia.
Their Convention is held annually to unite all members of Alcoholics Anonymous around Australia irrespective of age. Hosted by young people (and the young-at-heart) across Australia the convention includes speakers, meetings, workshops, and social events, fostering growth in recovery and lifelong service.
About Western Australia Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous (WAYPAA)
WAYPAA is a service committee made up of AA members with under 10 years of sobriety. WAYPAA is hosting a number of fundraising events for members and their families throughout the year to raise money to support our annual AA Convention.
