Youth survey now open

Young people in Cardinia Shire are encouraged to take part in this year's online youth survey.

The youth survey is designed for young people aged 12 to 24 who live, work, study or play in Cardinia Shire and takes a close look at the needs and aspirations of young people.

Cardinia Shire Council Mayor Councillor Brett Owen is encouraging all youth to take part in the survey.

"We want to hear about what is important to you as a young person in Cardinia Shire," Cr Owen said.

"We want to capture as many young people in the shire as possible. This information is important for us at Council as it helps us plan services, advocate for and support young people.

"It only takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will play an important and influential role in this space for our young people."

The survey is open until Friday 7 May 2021.
