2026 Transurban Community Grants Recipients Named

With so many organisations doing incredible work to support those impacted by rising cost-of-living pressures, we're proud to play our part in giving back to the communities where we operate. That's why we're excited to announce the recipients of the 2026 Transurban Relief Grants program.

Each year, our Community Grants program provides up to $10,000 to local organisations delivering vital services near our roads across Greater Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

This year, we've delivered a special round of community grants focused on supporting organisations that are helping people navigate the cost-of-living crisis, and who are providing emergency relief such as access to food, housing, and transport.

We're incredibly proud of the difference our community grants are making across the country to help with cost-of-living pressures.

  • In New South Wales, First Nations Response is restoring vital food relief services for urban Aboriginal communities, while Little Wings is helping transport seriously ill regional children to hospital.
  • In Queensland, Eat Up Australia is keeping its refrigerated vans on the road, delivering free lunches to more than 12,000 disadvantaged school children, while Lighthouse Care is expanding its emergency food trolley program.
  • In Victoria, The Bridge of Hope Foundation is supporting mothers and children facing homelessness, including those sleeping in their cars, and Kensington Neighbourhood House is bringing people together over free weekly meals for public housing residents.

We're inspired by their work and the impact they're creating every day. Congratulations to our 2026 relief grant recipients!
