National real estate company The Agency Group Australia Ltd (ASX: AU1) has reinforced its market leadership in one of its key states, Western Australia, securing the #1 ranking for new listings and sales for the month of November across all WA agencies on Domain, one of Australia's largest real estate property platforms.

The latest Domain Agency Performance Report confirms The Agency delivered:

  • 9% of all new listings across WA market or 522 live listings (#1 ranking in WA)
  • 14% of total market share of listings across WA market (#1 ranking in WA)
  • 18% of all sold listings across WA market (#1 ranking in WA)

The Agency's listings delivered standout buyer engagement in November, recording 279 average engagements per listing, with top-performing campaigns reaching 1,400 engagements per listing. In total, listings generated 260,100 views, 2,300 buyer enquiries, and 145,400 total engagements, supported by 9,200 saves and shares - a clear indication of strong buyer intent, digital traction and conversion momentum across the Group's WA portfolio.

Standout Days on Market Advantage

The Agency also outperformed the broader WA market on speed of sale, averaging 40 days on market versus 44-day market average.

This 4-day advantage in selling speed is driven by strong buyer channels, and digital campaign activation, with The Agency reporting stronger buyer engagement than the wider WA marketplace.

Market Momentum Continues Despite Scarcity of Listings

Western Australia continues to record one of the tightest property supply environments in the country, with elevated migration, resource-sector employment demand and ongoing construction constraints pressuring buyer competition.

That scarcity is translating into rapid absorption rates, tighter auction timelines, strong off-market transactions and multiple-offer scenarios continuing across key Perth and regional corridors.

The Agency's General Manager for Western Australia, Stuart Cox, said the November data further proves that WA remains one of the highest-demand real estate environments nationally:

"This result clearly establishes The Agency as the market leader. In one of the tightest listing environments WA has ever seen, we didn't just compete - we outperformed every other group on new listings, market share and sales," he said.

Top Performing Individuals

The report also recognised Anil Singh as The Agency's highest-performing agent, servicing 12 suburbs, and leading the WA office in both new listings (27 new listings) and settlements (12 settlements) by a single agent.

These results round out a record-setting November in which The Agency also exceeded $1 billion in residential property sales nationally, delivering the strongest monthly sales performance in its history.
