The tool has been developed in response to client demand for real-time insights into how the ACCC's mandatory merger clearance system is operating in practice. By transforming regulatory data into accessible, actionable intelligence, Navigator will help Allens' clients assess transaction timing and execution risk when planning acquisitions.
