As the university continues to experience telecommunications disruptions due to the Christmas Day explosion, community members can use the following contacts for campus services:
- VUPD dispatch
- For any external (off-campus phones), call 615-588-8104 to reach VUPD Dispatch
- For any campus landline phone, continue to use the original numbers below:

- Additionally, the VandySafe app iReport and Chat functions are operational
- Student Health Center
- The on-call phone line for the Student Health Center is down. If students need care outside of normal hours for the Student Health Center, they should go to a walk-in clinic. The Student Health Center will be open Monday through Wednesday, even if phone lines are not yet operational.
- University Counseling Center
- The University Counseling Center's main phone number is down. Students with urgent care counseling needs during the telecommunications disruption should call 1-800-435-2197.
