Appeal after armed robbery at Camden

Police are appealing for public assistance as part of an ongoing investigation into an alleged armed robbery in Sydney's southwest last month.

Investigators have been told about 3.25am on Sunday 7 August 2022, a resident was approached by two men – who were unknown to him – whilst inside a caravan at the back of a home on Alpha Road, Camden.

The man was threatened with a knife, before the two men fled the scene on foot empty handed. The man was not physically injured.

Police were notified and detectives from Camden Police Area Command commenced an investigation into the incident.

The two men are described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged between 18 and 19, and of medium build.

One of the men had acne scarring on his face, and the other man was wearing a black ski mask at the time of the incident.
