Applications are now open for Cricket Australia's Project Inspire 2.0, a leadership and club development program for women in cricket.
Proudly presented by Westpac, Project Inspire was developed for the women and clubs driving community cricket forward, providing tools, support and networking to strengthen women's leadership capability and accelerate opportunities for women and girls in local cricket communities.
Inspire is a leader-led, club-backed program facilitated by Australian cricket great Belinda Clark and experienced facilitator and coach Chris Rubick.
Project Inspire 2.0 will continue to focus on developing the leadership capability, confident and connection of women in community cricket, while also benefitting and strengthening the environments they are part of, and was originally launched in 2024-25.
The program combines structured leadership development with real-world application, with participants engaging in guided coaching sessions and actively applying their learning in their club.
Applications are open to women who are actively involved in community cricket (as players, coaches, administrators, volunteers, and so on) and clubs that already provide a promising and welcoming environment for women and girls and are ready to build on their foundation.
