We're looking for scientists to help protect Australia's native plants and animals.
Expressions of interest are now open to join the Threatened Species Scientific Committee (TSSC). The committee gives expert advice to the Minister for the Environment and Water about:
- threatened species
- ecological communities
- threats to biodiversity.
We're looking for people with knowledge in:
- marine or freshwater ecosystems
- invertebrate ecology and ecosystems.
One person will be chosen through this process.
Members are paid in line with the Remuneration Tribunal Determinations. You can find these on the Remuneration Tribunal website.
