We are looking for expression of interests from local business and social enterprises.
Under our Commercial Tenancies Policy we must go out to tender whenever a licence expires. This is a fair and just process for our community and gives everyone a chance to have a go. The current tenant's licence expired in 2020, however due to the pandemic it was left in overhold for two years.
