Fremantle Detectives have charged two men as a result of their investigation into several burglaries across districts in June and August 2018, including a burglary at a home in Beach Street Cottesloe yesterday, 24 August 2018.
It will be alleged the men were involved in all or some of the incidents below:, WA Police say-
In June-Steal a vehicle from Lathlain;
In AugustAggravated home burglary, steal a vehicle and Stealing incident in Bayswater;
Aggravated home burglary and a stealing incident in Brigadoon;
Criminal damage and stealing incident in Forrestfield;
Steal a vehicle and stealing incident in Munster;
Aggravated burglary and stealing incident at a hotel in Nedlands; and
Aggravated home burglary and aggravated robbery incident in Cottesloe.
A 21-year-old man from Coolbellup has been charged with:
•Two counts of Steal a Motor Vehicle;
•No Authority to Drive (Never Held;
•Aggravated Burglary and Commit;
•Stealing;
•Aggravated Home Burglary and Commit; and
•Aggravated Robbery.
A 39-year-old man from Middle Swan has been charged with:-
•Four counts of Aggravated Burglary and Commit;
•Four counts of Stealing;
•Three counts of Steal a Motor Vehicle;
•Aggravated Robbery; and
•Criminal Damage.
They are both due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 25 August 2018.
