Ashurst advises Napo Limited on Series Investment Round

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Napo Limited ("Napo") on a recent Series A investment round.

Napo, one of the fastest growing insure-tech start-ups in the UK, offers comprehensive insurance cover for cats and dogs, plus access to 24/7 video pet appointments. Their policies cover a wide range of matters including dental issues, emergency boarding and behavioural treatment.

The investment will allow Napo to progress its growth strategy and increase its share of the pet insurance market.

The Ashurst team was led by tech M&A partner Jonathan Cohen, supported by senior associate Dillon Fuzi and associate Calum Thornton. The wider team included senior associates Shehana Cameron-Perera, Xie Shern Kong and Michelle Sally from the digital economy team. Employment partner Ruth Buchanan also advised.
