A man has been arrested after breaching a firearms prohibition order in July.
Earlier this month, detectives from Crime Gangs Task Force commenced an investigation into an alleged breach of a firearms prohibition order by a member of the Comanchero outlaw motorcycle gang.
It will be alleged that a 48-year-old Port Willunga man attended a festival at Willunga on Sunday 26 July and participated in a duck shooting carnival sideshow, in breach of the conditions of his firearms prohibition order.
On Friday 21 August, police arrested the man in Adelaide. He was refused police bail and will appear at the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday 24 August.
