Botany Pool Movie Night: Bayside

The Botany Aquatic Centre is celebrating the end of the pool season with a community movie night on Saturday 23 April.

"I am pleased the popular family movie nights are back at Botany Pool," Mayor Dr Christina Curry said.

"What a wonderful way to celebrate the end of the swimming season and the start of construction for the new family water play area that everyone will be able to enjoy soon.

"This upgrade has been made possible thanks to the Community and Environment Projects Reserve Fund set up in partnership with Sydney Airport."

Residents can celebrate the end of the season with a swim and an evening screening of Illumination's Sing 2.

As well as a pizza van, there will also be soft drinks, ice cream and snacks available for purchase from the pool kiosk.

The cost is just pool entry, so why not make a day of it and bring a picnic basket and blanket.

Please remember this is a glass free venue and alcohol is not allowed.

The Botany Aquatic Centre closes from the end April and will reopen in October with swimming lessons, squad programs and a variety of fitness programs including aqua aerobics and yoga.
