Dr Paolo Taticchi has been named as one of the UK's most talented young Italians by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Dr Taticchi, was recognised as part of the "Talented Young Italian" awards for his work as an academic at Imperial College Business School and for fostering relationships between academics and businesses in the UK and Italy.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK is an independent, non-profit making network organisation devoted to promoting and extending business relations between the UK and Italy.
Their "Talented Young Italian" awards are given to nine Italians under the age of 40 who have made significant professional contributions to their field whilst living in the UK. The awards are now in their sixth year and cover achievements in media and communications, finance and services, research and innovation and industry and commerce.

Dr Taticchi received his award in the Research and Innovation category. Reacting to the news, he said: "I'm honoured to receive this prestigious award and thankful to the Italian Institutions in London who continue to support my initiatives."

Dr Taticchi is a Principal Teaching Fellow at Imperial College Business School and Executive Director of Global Student Experience. His research focuses on corporate sustainability and he teaches a number of MSc and MBA modules on strategy, sustainability and operations. He is also an advisor to a number of large organisations and start-ups in Canada, India, Italy, the UK and the USA.
Earlier this year Dr Taticchi was made a "Cavaliere" by the Order of Merit for the Italian Republic, the equivalent of the UK honours system, for his research and for his "contribution to enhancing British-Italian relations" in the business education world.
In 2018, he was named among the world's top 40 business academics under the age of 40 by Poets&Quants, a leading US business education title. He also received the "Inspiring Brilliant Minds" Dean's award in 2016.
