Car sought after Broadview break-in, SA

Holden Hill Police are seeking information from the public on a blue VT Commodore, following a break-in at a Broadview deli overnight, according to SA Police.

Just after 1am, a deli owner who resides on a neighbouring premises to the deli on Hampstead Road, woke to hear noises come from his shop.

On investigation he confronted a male intruder behind the counter ransacking his shop.

The male suspect dressed in all black clothing left the shop via a front door which had been smashed and jumped in a navy blue VT Commodore. A partial registration number number was obtained by the shop owner starting with: W--- and ending in 377.

The car was last seen travelling north on Hampstead Road.

A small amount of cash was discovered stolen from the incident. The shop owner was unharmed.

Holden Hill Police are investigating anyone with information on the incident or the vehicle is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
