Cars destroyed by fire in unit carpark - Chipping Norton

Two cars have been destroyed after they caught fire in a unit carpark in Chipping Norton overnight.

About 10.30pm (Saturday 29 August 2020), emergency services attended a carpark in Mead Drive responding to two vehicles – a Ranger Rover and an Audi Q5 – well alight.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze; however, the cars were completely destroyed.

No one was injured during the incident.

Liverpool City Police Area Command established a crime scene and investigations are underway to determine the cause of the fire.
