Change in receiving help at home after hospital discharge among older adults

What The Study Did: This study found an increase from 2011 to 2017 in older adults receiving help at home with activities of daily living after a hospital discharge, results that may reflect the shifting location and payment for postdischarge care away from Medicare-reimbursed inpatient postacute care facilities.
