Charges re Seville Grove incident, WA

Police have charged two men resulting from inquiries after an incident in Firetail Court in Seville Grove on 16 August 2018.

The driver of the alleged stolen vehicle, a 31 year old man from Armadale, has been charged with, WA Police say:

•2x Assault to Prevent Arrest

•1 x Steal Motor Vehicle (East Fremantle)

•18 x Stealing

•4 x Gains Benefit by Fraud

He was refused bail and is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on Saturday 18 August 2018.

The passenger in the vehicle, an 18 year old man from Huntingdale, has been charged with:

•Steal Motor Vehicle

•Breach of Bail

He was refused bail and appeared in the Armadale Magistrates Court on Friday 17 August 2018, and is next due to appear in the same court on Friday 31 August 2018.

As part of an ongoing inquiries involving the 31 year old man, a 31 year old woman from South Lake has also been charged with:

•Possession of Stolen or Unlawfully Obtained Property

•Possess Drug Paraphernalia

•26 x Gains Benefit by Fraud

•16 x Stealing

•3 x Steal Motor Vehicle (East Fremantle)

•13 x Criminal Damage or Destruction of Property

She was refused bail and appeared in the Fremantle Magistrates Court on Friday 17 August 2018, and is next due to appear in the same court on Friday 31 August 2018
