Collision in Traralgon turns fatal

Police are investigating a collision in Traralgon that has left a pedestrian deceased.

Emergency services responded to a collision in on Sunday, 4 September.

It's believed a vehicle collided with a pedestrian on Princes Highway around 2.15am.

The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries.

The male pedestrian was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries but has died in hospital.

The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined and investigations are ongoing.
