The Riverside Park Pump Track will be constructed over the coming months with works expected to be completed by the end July 2023, weather permitting.

Site establishment works are planned to commence on Monday 27 March 2023 on the Southern side of the existing Riverside Park playground. During the establishment and construction of the new Pump Track there will be vehicle, truck and machinery movements from the Duchess Place Cul-de-sac to the works site.

"Traffic control will be in place during these works, however Council requests that the public be extra vigilant when in the vicinity of the park." Said Goulburn Mulwaree Council Chief Executive Officer, Aaron Johansson.

"During the construction phase of the Pump Track, contractors may be observed testing the track on bikes, this allows the track to be developed to ensure that it is functional, safe, and the best design possible is achieved. Council asks that community members please stay out of the work site and off the track until it is open to the public."

"Council is looking forward to delivering on this exciting project for the community and will provide updates as this project progresses." Mr Johansson continued.

The Riverside Pump Track is funded by the NSW Governments Open Spaces Places to Play Program in association with Goulburn Mulwaree Council.
