Northern Territory Police are investigating the death of a man in Alice Springs.
At about 2:30am today, police responded to multiple reports of persons fighting with weapons at a Gillen residence.
Police found the man with life threatening injuries and rendered first aid. St John Ambulance responded however the man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased a short time later.
Two men have been arrested in relation to the matter.
Detectives from Crime Command, Regional Investigations Division are investigating.
