Bayside Council is undertaking important turf renewal works at Dharaggang Park to enhance the quality, safety and appearance of this well-loved local green space.
As part of these improvements, the playground's turfed area will be temporarily fenced off to allow the new grass to establish properly and ensure a healthy, durable surface for the community to enjoy.
These works are essential in maintaining the park's condition, helping to create a greener, more resilient and welcoming environment for families, children and visitors who use the space every day.
Construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed by Monday 6 April,
weather permitting.
Council thanks the community for its patience and understanding during this time and encourages all park users to follow onsite signage and avoid fenced areas to support the success of the new turf.
