"WA Day Festival is a chance to celebrate the people and talent that make Western Australia such a great place to live.
"With every performance free to enjoy, I encourage Western Australians to bring their family and friends and be part of it."
As stated by Creative Industries Minister Simone McGurk:
"This program brings together artists who have taken WA music to the world and performers who are building their audiences here at home.
"The new Discovery Stage creates another opportunity for Western Australians to hear local music, discover an artist and support our creative community.
"This year's line-up reflects the creativity of our local music scene, so I encourage all Western Australians to come along."
