Fourth person charged with murder after investigations into fatal stabbing - Cartwright

A fourth person has been charged following investigations into the death of a man in Cartwright last month.

About 9.30pm on Wednesday 25 September 2019, emergency services were called to a laneway behind Willian Drive, Cartwright after reports a man had been stabbed.

He was treated at the scene but was unable to be revived.

An investigation commenced by detectives from Liverpool Police Area Command with the assistance of the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad and South West Met Investigators.

Today, police arrested and charged a 46-year-old man with murder, becoming the fourth person charged with murder.

He was refused bail and appeared in Liverpool Local Court today (Friday 18 October 2019).
