Successful recipients will host their associated events between Monday 26 October and Sunday 15 November as part of The Festival of Fisher's Ghost celebrations recognising the 70th anniversary of the festival and the 200th anniversary of the original ghost sighting.
"This year's Festival of Fisher's Ghost is a significant milestone, with a signature anniversary program offering plenty of exciting ways for our community to come together and celebrate," Mayor of Campbelltown Darcy Lound said.
"Fred's Grants is a chance for us to support the community in bringing their big ideas to life and host their own associated events as part of the wider festival program," Cr Lound said.
"I encourage everyone to take advantage of this great opportunity, and I look forward to seeing the memorable experiences and wonderful events our community host as part of our annual festival," he said.
Applications for Fred's Grants open on Monday 7 September and close on Sunday 20 September.
