Featuring celebrity chef Paul 'Yoda' Iskov, diners will be taken on an extraordinary culinary journey using local produce and Indigenous ingredients, while enjoying entertainment from singer, showgirl and comedian Constantina Bush.

The popular Paddock to Plate also returns this year, with local food preparation, tastings and workshops.
