
Florida State University's School of Theatre presents "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street," Stephen Sondheim's Tony Award-winning musical thriller.
Set in Victorian London, this story follows the vengeful barber Sweeney Todd as he returns from unjust imprisonment, seeking retribution. When he reunites with the resourceful Mrs. Lovett, their twisted partnership takes a sinister turn that will forever change Fleet Street.
Performances will run from Friday, Oct. 17, through Sunday, Oct. 26, at the Richard G. Fallon Theatre.

The cast features talented FSU School of Theatre students Christian Collins (Sweeney Todd), Kyra Paternoster (Mrs. Lovett), Noah Sprague (Anthony), Leah Holewyne (Johanna), Elliott Kehoe (Judge Turpin) and Bo Bailey (Pirelli).
Sweeney Todd features direction by Arespacochaga, choreography by Kari Twyman, music direction by Mike Norris, scenic design by Krista Franco, costume design by Jen Gillette, lighting design by Josh Hemmo and sound design by Zach Cramer.
Originally produced on Broadway by Richard Barr, Charles Woodward, Robert Fryer, Mary Lea Johnson and Martin Richards in association with Dean and Judy Manos, "Sweeney Todd" is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).
