NT Government

Reducing the rate of domestic, family and sexual violence is a key priority for the Territory Labor Government.

Developed in consultation with the domestic, family and sexual violence sector, a range of grant programs valued at over $14.3 million are available to support frontline service providers.

Some of the areas to be funded include:

Flexible support packages for individual victim survivor safety plans;Early intervention to support young people who are beginning to engage with violence;Implementation of the NT Domestic and Family Violence Risk Assessment and Management Framework; andA Housing Pathways Pilot to support victim survivors at risk of homelessness.

This funding is part of the Australian Government's National Partnership on Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence Responses 2021-2023 - within which the Territory Government successfully lobbied for a greater funding share in recognition of our higher needs.

All grants will be accessible through GrantsNT and interested service providers can register now at here.
