Cultura CEO Rebecca Smith

Like Pako Festa and our other community-led programs, this exhibition helps the wider community learn about the heritage, traditions and customs of cultures from around the world who now call Geelong home. We are thankful to those multicultural communities who contributed to this wonderful initiative and proud that we can help bring this project to life, together with our friends at the City of Greater Geelong.

Windows of the World is part of the City's bumper Christmas in Geelong program.

It joins other creative additions across the city, including the City Hall projections, school-decorated Christmas trees in Johnstone Park and selfie wall mural at the Carousel.

The beauty of the festive season is that it means many things to many people, but peace, joy and celebrations unites us all. It has been fantastic to see so many people embrace Christmas in Geelong in a way that's meaningful to them, and really feel a sense of pride and belonging in the community we share.

Windows of the World is also made possible with the support of Knight Frank, providing the space at Market Square. The display ends 7 January.
