Navy Rear Adm. (lower half) Benjamin G. Reynolds for appointment to the grade of rear admiral. Reynolds is currently serving as deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for Budget/Director, Fiscal Management Division, N82, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Army Lt. Gen. Christopher O. Mohan for reappointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as commanding general, U.S. Army Materiel Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Mohan currently serves as deputy commanding general/chief of staff, U.S. Army Materiel Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
Army Maj. Gen. John L. Rafferty, Jr. for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as commanding general, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/U.S. Army Forces Strategic Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Rafferty currently serves as chief of staff, U.S. European Command, Germany.
Army Brig. Gen. Jason B. Nicholson for appointment to the grade of major general. Nicholson is currently serving as senior defense official and defense attaché, U.S. Defense Attaché Office, Ukraine.
Air Force Col. Edward J. Fink Jr. for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Fink is currently serving as director, A5, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania
Army Col. John F. Popiak for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Popiak is currently serving as deputy commander (operations), U.S. Army Cyber Command, Fort Gordon, Georgia.
