David J.
Julazadeh for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general, and assignment as deputy chief of staff for capability development, Supreme Allied Command Transformation, Norfolk, Virginia.
Julazadeh is currently serving as chief of staff, Headquarters, U.S.
European Command, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany.
