Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Pakenham woman Razieh.
The 67-year-old was last seen in Pakenham on Tuesday 6 July when she left her home address with two women known to her.
Razieh and the women are believed to be travelling in a white Mazda hatchback with Tasmanian registration C70WP.
Police have concerns for Razieh's welfare as she has recently been released from hospital and is required to take daily medication
An image has been released of Razieh in the hope someone may recognise her and urge anyone with information to contact Pakenham Police Station on 5945 2500.
