High range drink driver caught after Forcett crash

A 43-year-old man has been charged with high range drink driving following a single vehicle crash on Gillingbrook Road, Forcett this morning.

Emergency services were called to the scene about 9am, after the driver reportedly lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a fence.

Police conducted a breath test, and the man returned a reading of 0.225.

The man was charged with drink driving and had his licence disqualified.

No injuries were sustained in the crash.

The man will appear in court at a later date.
