Child Abuse Squad detectives have charged a 77 year old Albany man as a result of their investigation into historic child abuse allegations.
It will be alleged the man sexually assaulted girls who were known to him between 1970 and 1978 in the Albany area. , WA Police say
The victims are now 47, 50 and 54 years of age.
He has been charged with:
•Five counts of Unlawful and Indecent Dealing of a Girl under 13 years;
•One count of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge of a Girl under 13 years and
•Four counts of Unlawful and Indecent Dealing of a Child under 14 years.
The 77 year old man is due to appear in the Albany Magistrates Court today, 8 September 2016.
