Thanks to the Malinauksas Labor government more than 430,000 older South Australians can now access hundreds of discounts on everyday goods and experiences with the release of the 2026 Card Discounts & Deals Directory.
Designed to help older people stay engaged and connected to community amid ongoing cost of living pressures, the directory brings together trusted discounts across travel, home and garden, clothing, supermarkets, education, retail and recreational activities.
This year's directory includes offers from 38 supermarkets, seven meal delivery services and 131 dining venues, alongside a wide range of local businesses across the state.
Highlights include discounts at:
- Monarto Safari Park
- Adelaide Showground Farmers' Market
- Roomia Self Storage
- Insure&Go Travel Insurance
- The upcoming Adelaide Fringe
This year offers also include 5% discount 7 days a week across all Romeo's Foodland in SA, an important cost of living measure. This is on top of the free 24/7 metro public transport introduced by this Malinauskas government.
Eligible South Australians who are not yet Seniors Card members are encouraged to register now to access the full range of discounts.
The printed directory is widely available across South Australia at local councils, libraries, community centres and state electorate offices, with the full list of offers also found online via the Seniors Card website.
Permanent South Australian residents aged 60 and over who work fewer than 20 hours per week in paid employment are eligible for a Seniors Card.

At a time when many South Australians, including older people, are feeling the cost-of-living pinch, the 2026 Discounts & Deals Directory is a trusted companion – helping people stay connected, discover new experiences and enjoy great value close to home.
Whether it's picking up a new hobby, trying a local café or learning a fresh skill, this directory is all about inspiring Seniors Card members to make the most of every opportunity life has to offer.
We're incredibly grateful to the hundreds of businesses whose generosity makes this directory possible, delivering meaningful savings and opening doors to experiences that truly enrich everyday life.
As put by North Brighton Senior Card Member Sue Frazer
Brighton Foodland has everything you need and the quality is always very high, especially the South Australian products and fresh local produce.
The Seniors Card discount really helps and makes shopping there more affordable.
I also regularly use free public transport to stay connected with friends, my community and really enjoy the Seniors Card discounts for the arts, Fringe and festivals.
As put by Alan Jones, National Merchandise/Marketing Manager, Romeo's Retail Group
Romeo's Retail Group has been a Seniors Card Business Partner for over 14 years, supporting older South Australians.
Today we are delighted to announce that after a successful trial with Brighton Foodland, all stores will now offer a 5% discount, 7 days a week, to further provide cost of living support. With the average household spending $1000 each month on groceries, this puts $50 back in seniors' pockets to help with cost of living.
We are a proudly SA owned and operated family business, growing from one store in 1987 to 28 throughout SA in 2026. We strive to offer a wide range of features and benefits to our valued customers with a strong commitment to customer service and community involvement and our longstanding partnership with Seniors Card is a great example of this.
