The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure would like to advise there will be impacts to bus services on Monday 20 October 2025 due to protected industrial action.
Urban bus services in Greater Darwin (including Palmerston and rural) will not operate from 12am on Monday 20 October 2025 for a 24-hour stoppage of work. All other NT bus services in Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Jabiru and Batchelor will run as usual.
Dedicated school bus services, including special needs services, will continue to operate as normal.
Students who rely on urban services for travel to and from school will be unable to access these services. This includes students who use urban services to travel to an interchange in order to connect with dedicated school bus services.
