Child Abuse Squad detectives have charged a 56-year-old man as a result of their investigation into an incident that occurred about 5pm on Wednesday, 24 July 2019.
It is alleged the man indecently assaulted a 13-year-old boy in the ablution block of a leisure complex in Embleton. The man was arrested at the scene.
The 56-year-old man from Spencer Park has been charged with two counts of Indecent Dealing of a Child over 13 years and under 16 years.
He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 31 July 2019.
