The City of Hobart is recruiting volunteer International Student Ambassadors for its 2022-23 Program.
The Ambassadors represent international students by being involved in events such as Citizenship Ceremonies, Harmony Week and other community activities.
The program also creates opportunities for students to learn about local culture and contribute to making Hobart a more welcoming and inclusive city.
Applications for the 2022-23 International Student Ambassador Program are now open for candidates with demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, and who are interested in participating in the broader Hobart community.
To be involved, an applicant must be an international student based in Hobart and have completed their first semester of study. Applicants are not restricted to the University of Tasmania and can come from any educational institution.
Applications close on Wednesday 24 August 2022 at 5 pm.
