Jenner Avenue inCowes will undergo asphalt sealing works from the 7th to 9thDecember.
Council has engaged A1 Asphalting to complete the works, as partof the 2022-23 Capital works program.
The program will be completed under traffic control with minimaldelays and restrictions. To minimise disruptions and allow the successfulcompletion of works, affected landowners are asked to not park their motorvehicles on the road during works.
Access to properties will be maintained, although short delaysmay occur. Noise from plant and machinery - including rollers, bitumen sprayingequipment and truck delivery of works materials to site - will also occur.
Council advises that all works are subject to contractoravailability, favourable weather conditions, and therefore may needrescheduling. We appreciate that these works may present an inconvenience andwe have asked for everyone's patience during these times. Our contractor willmake every effort to minimise disruptions during construction.
