Jobs First Plan: $5 Million Customer Experience Grants Open

NT Government

In another boost for Territory small businesses, applications have now opened for the Territory Labor Government's Small Business CX Grants.

The grants are designed to improve customer experience, and small business owners can access up to $20,000 in grants, on a 50:50 cocontribution basis.

The grant is one of seven small business survival initiatives released in the Jobs First Plan as part of November's Budget. They all aim to help Territory small businesses rebuild and recover from the economic impacts of the coronavirus crisis.

The CX Grant will specifically target businesses offering products and services directly to the public, to enhance the overall experience for customers. Upgrades must improve front-of-house facilities for visitors.

The grants will be offered through a competitive process, and vouchers will be issued to successful applicants and will be redeemable by their service providers upon completion of works.
