Council has been asking the public to avoid riding on closed trails in our updates each month. Despite this, some trail users have kept using trails before they were ready.

All the damage that this small group of people cause—every month—takes time and money to fix. The local small business Council hired to work on this project have to keep paying the repair costs out of their own pockets.

Trails are only closed while they are under construction or if they are unsafe to use.

Don't risk serious injury, bike damage, or the cost of fines and other penalties. Choose to do the right thing for you, for our community, and for the local contractor who is out there doing really great work.
