Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Lucas Rogers.
A warrant was issued for the 43-year-old's arrest in relation to drug and theft offences.
He is described as being Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall, bald, with a slim build, fair complexion and blue eyes.
Rogers usually wears thick reading glasses.
He is known to frequent the Whitehorse, Boroondara, and Monash local government areas.
Investigators have released an image of Rogers in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
