Police and NSW Ambulance paramedics arrived on scene and treated a 26-year-old man for serious facial injuries including broken teeth and a suspected fractured jaw. He was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital for further treatment.
Another man, aged 22, was arrested at the scene by officers from Northern Beaches Police Area Command. He was taken to Manly Police Station where he is currently assisting police with inquiries.
A crime scene was established inside the government bus and detectives have commenced inquiries as they search for a third man who they believe may have been involved in the altercation.
