Police have laid additional charges against an 83-year-old man as a result of their extensive investigation into alleged historic child sexual abuse incidents.
It is alleged between 1969 and 1972, the man indecently assaulted a girl who was six years old at the time of the first offence. At the time of the offences, the man was a Priest at a Catholic Church in Carlisle, WA Police say.
The man from Subiaco has been further charged with:-
•Three counts of Indecent Assault on a Female.
He is next due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 17 August 2018.
The investigation is ongoing and detectives urge anyone with any information regarding this matter to call Crime Stoppers.
